Your Rights Regarding Refunds

In the event of a refund or cancellation, RM Service and the Client agree to the following terms.

Refund and Cancellation

Before the work begins: A full refund of any prepaid amount shall be issued to the Client.

After the work begins but before the service is fulfilled: A partial refund of the prepaid amount shall be issued to the Client based on the portion of work already completed, materials purchased, and other non-recoverable project costs where applicable.

After the service is fulfilled: No refund shall be issued to the Client.

RM Service-Initiated Cancellation

If RM Service cancels the agreed service for any reason before fulfillment, a full refund of eligible prepaid amounts shall be issued to the Client.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of service cancellation, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider or financial institution.

After the service has been fulfilled, the Client may not be eligible for a refund and remains responsible for any outstanding amount due under the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
